Great zombie book with a bit of a twist! The better be a second

A zombie apocalypse adventure with all the dressings a good read needs. This is really a great read! Can't wait for book two!
It all started on a summer day at the family vacation spot at the lake. It may have been a day for Simon, but when he comes to its actually been two years and counting. The world wasn't as he left it. It's all grey, dead or dying around him. With no choice but to move on he must find out what happened to his family. And why everything around him chanced.
There is nothing about this book I did not like! When I read the synopsis it didn't sound great, but took a chance anyway. I loved the different worlds they travel to and the characters responses were realistic and believable to each scenario. The possible ending or explanation for the missing time is very intriguing and I'm anxious for a second volume. Maybe Hazel is right? It was also edited surprisingly well for an indie authors' 1st book, I found extremely few errors. This was a very enjoyable adventure that I'm grinding my teeth to get on with!!!! WHEN IS THERE A NEXT ONE???!!!
What can say about this book,it hooked me on the first page , different take on the zombies,can't wait for part 2. Awesome book!
I enjoyed this book very very much, if your into these kind of stories this is a great read, I have read this book more than three times and enjoyed it each time.
Post apocalypse story with a twist of the unexplained. Loved Simon t h e main character and the addition of Hope was great. B
Very interesting take on the apocalypse. I was extremely intrigued by the the main character's journey from present to future zombie infested wasteland. Very cool!
I did have some difficulty in determining what age group this was written for. Often it seemed to be written in a somewhat simplistic manner, but then there would be some fairly explicit gore and violence that seemed to be a bit MA only.
All in all, I like it and would love to read more in the future!
